Every piece is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with tracking. Orders are made to order, so production begins after your order is confirmed.

Once your jewelry is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the item, production requirements, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges may vary depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Our jewelry is made to order rather than taken from existing inventory.

Each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you based on the details selected when placing your order. Because your jewelry is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order details, including ring size, metal type, diamond specifications, and any other selections before completing your purchase.

Cancellation requests are accepted within 48 hours (2 days) of placing your order.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining 80% of the order total will be refunded to the original payment method.

After the 48-hour cancellation period, your order cannot be cancelled because production may have already begun.

Although all pieces are made to order, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the specifications of your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing defect, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.

Because each ring is made specifically for your order, please make sure you select the correct ring size before placing your order.

If you are unsure about your ring size, we recommend confirming your size with a professional jeweler before purchasing.

Any resizing requested after the order has been completed may be subject to additional charges and is not considered a return or cancellation.

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For cancellations made within the 48-hour period, the applicable 20% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 80% will be refunded.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
